BMS
Since 2025, BMS has been an integral part of Healtion’s supply chain and a core production hub of the Group. In addition to developing high-quality seeds, it collaborates with a qualified network of local farmers, promoting an organic farming model that supports local communities.
BMS coordinates the processing and packaging of organic, health-oriented, and “free-from” food products, ensuring full traceability and supply chain control.
Il Nutrimento
Founded in 1990, Il Nutrimento is now one of Healtion’s main production centres.
It develops and produces recipes inspired by Mediterranean tradition, prioritising raw materials grown in Italy, supporting a short supply chain and high-quality standards.
The Group, certified according to the main international standards, ensures continuous quality control at every stage of the production process.
Vegeatal
Founded in Tuscany in 2019, Vegeatal—participated through Healtion Ventures—is Healtion’s plant-based innovation hub. The company develops and produces plant-based alternatives to cheese and cured meats. Through research and technology, Vegeatal redefines the plant-based and “free-from” food experience, promoting a healthy and conscious nutrition model.
